Like so many aquatics professionals, Sarah Linton considers her colleagues her second family. Her journey in the industry began as an executive assistant at Fluidra. Sarah quickly climbed the ranks at the company and was promoted to Program Manager in just two years. After a brief hiatus to explore a new industry, she almost immediately realized something was missing: the connections and culture she loved at Fluidra. Sarah returned to her roots and now serves as the Senior Program Manager overseeing global product development.
Reflecting on her career, Sarah views her short absence from aquatics as a critical experience that helped her understand the value of the industry. She emphasizes the strong relationships and personal development as defining moments in her career. She's grateful for the support, trust and collaboration of her colleagues, all of whom have contributed to her growth.
"I have been given opportunities that I didn't know existed to develop my own career path and build my skillset. I've built a rewarding career, while also being a mom and maintaining a good work-life balance," she shared.
Now, as she prepares to celebrate her 10-year anniversary at Fluidra, she is empowered by her experience and appreciates the unique environment of growth, fulfillment and collaboration in aquatics. She continues to seek out opportunities to drive the industry and her company forward.
